Dr. Tuan Q. Phan is an Associate Professor at the University of Hong Kong (HKU) Business School, in the Marketing Area and in Innovation & Information Management (IIM) Area. His research uses large and population-size datasets and spans multiple disciplines including economics, marketing, consumer behavior, computer science, and statistics. His expertise covers various industries including FinTech, retail and e-commerce, logistics and transportation, social media, news and video media, technology and consumer products, and education. His research has been published in leading scientific and management journals including the Proceedings of the National Academy of Science (PNAS), Harvard Business School Publishing (HBSP), Marketing Science, Journal of Marketing Research (JMR), and Information Systems Research (ISR). Dr. Phan was previously at National University of Singapore (NUS) for nine (9) years where we received tenure in the Department of Information Systems & Analytics (School of Computing), and the Department of Analytics and Operations (Business School). He was also a Research Team Lead at the Institute of Application of Learning Science and Educational Technology, and affiliated with the Business Analytics Centre. He received his doctorate from Harvard Business School, and an undergraduate from MIT. He is also an entrepreneur, expert witness, board member, and frequently consults industry leaders.

Zi Xing is a passionate technologist since young. He received a scholarship from the University of Hong Kong to pursue Computer Science and graduated with Honors. Leveraging on his up-to-date knowledge within the technology industry, he had previously developed ERP & CRM software for multinational manufacturing group companies. As a technology leader within the company, he handles software projects within the company to transform students' learning experience. Zi Xing holds several years of teaching experience in ICT & Computer Science, Finance, and Mathematics. He had helped several students to achieve excellent results in international public examinations.

Ismail Limbada is an experienced and dedicated STEM educator with a strong background in computer science and technology engineering. He has a Master's degree in STEM education and is passionate about teaching children about the importance of computer science and its potential to shape the future.
With a focus on making learning engaging and interactive, Ismail brings his expertise as a skilled computer scientist and video game developer to the classroom. He has worked on multiple successful projects in the gaming industry, and his research on cancer cell detection using machine learning has been published in academic journals.
Ismail is committed to changing the sphere of education for the better by enhancing the learning experience for students. He believes that technology can be used to create engaging and interactive experiences that will help students to learn more effectively. As a result, he is constantly exploring new ways to integrate technology into Genius Development’s teaching methodology, whether it's through the use of educational games, interactive simulations, or other innovative tools.
Ismail's dedication to education and technology is evident in all that he does. He is driven by a desire to inspire and empower the next generation of innovators and problem solvers, and is constantly seeking new ways to make a positive impact on the world.

Ms. Zhang Li is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in finance and training. She currently serves as a Director at Direct Power International Limited, a position she has held since March 2006. Prior to that, from January 2006 to January 2009, she worked as the Finance Director at Capital Industries Holdings Limited. Following that, she was Senior Lecturer at Beijing Zhongbo Chengtong International Technical Training Co., Ltd. from February 2009 to December 2015, where she specialized in performance management and UK tax law.

Ms. Zhang Li also currently holds the position of Director at Winner Deluxe Limited, a role she has held since January 2021.

Regarding education, Ms. Zhang Li holds a Bachelor's degree in Cost and Management Accounting. Additionally, she has completed 14 courses for the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification, making her an ACCA Affiliate with membership number 1502513.
